Hello, I recently changed ISP's from a DSL provider to cable.

After the change, both my wireless PC (using a n-wireless dongle) and PS3 have been unable to attain download speeds above 1.5 MBPS.

Before switching (using DSL) both the PC, PS3, and any other connected devices were attaining download speeds close to the 10 mbps speed that we subscribed to. Everything worked.

After switching (now using Cable) both the PC and PS3 are lucky to hit download speeds of 1.5MBPS with a 15 MBPS downstream subscription. The upload speed for both is in the 2-3MBPS range.

I have tested multiple other wireless devices (phone, tablets, other laptops) on the new connection and all are able to download at 14-15 MBPS. Everything but the PC and PS3 work.

I've factory reset the router, updated firmware, deleted and re-installed the latest drivers for the wireless dongle, and played with various QoS settings all to no avail. I’ve also turned WMM off with no impact.

The fact that other laptops and devices are receiving the full d/l speeds over the same wireless network leads me to believe there is some issue with the PC and PS3 but I am about out of ideas.

Any help is much appreciated!

I tested each device one at a time - no other wireless connections on the network. I've gotten the same results over the course of about a week - different times of day, etc.

The PC and PS3 are right beside each other and I tested the laptops and tablets (which worked) while they were sitting on top of the PC.
