r9 290 cooler? which stock r9 290 has the best cooler?

Solution
As for the cards aftermarket wont be released until the end of the year probably, so no go on black friday.
I would say get a 770 if you stick with that processor (EVGA ACX for the card)

Do you know when they will be released--- I am also looking to buy on black friday cyber monday--- if there is a good deal I will buy then.......If not I will wait or go with gtx 770----- Also please note I have a corsair 300r carbide series case and an i7 4770k I do not want my precious intel cpu around a very hot AMD card-

maybe I should just build an fx8350 and add the r9 290 to it--- and leave the nvidia for my intel--- I do not care if an fx 8350 gets fried and it is close to an i7

I have seen good from ASUS and Sapphire, both have released either better versions or have released BIOS updates that give better performance and cooling.

As Gam3r01 said though, after market is the way to go so wait till Asus rolls out a DCUII and Sapphire releases a Dual-X/Vapor-X (Vapor-X will probably be one of the best unless they do a Toxic with the Triple-X like the r9 280X).
