that does not scanning and acess denied while entering cmd prompt that also acess denied how resolve the problem ,security tap does not show group setting

this is the dangerous part.be sure to search into google first.im no expert on comp.start>comp>local drive C>R click>choose properties>security.i think there should only be 3 on them (all grant full permission): administrators,system,"your comp name".and the rest remove.but if it says,'changing permissions will result in unexpected blah blah'.then click cancel.& abort
