After pressing the star button, the machine(PC) starts with weird sound; but the window doesn't start (and the monitor also). Sometimes, it happens like the PC is starting but lost power during startup (like when motor-bike doesn't start sometimes). And when doing a little heavy work (Browser open + VCL playing+ something else) the PC turns off instantly! Is it power supply issue or RAM?
