Graphic Design and Gaming Build... AMD or Intel?

Here are the two lists I have for options so far. This is well over what I'm trying to spend, so I'll look at prices for holiday sales and slowly piece it together. Budget definitely under $1k, if we can smack it down under $600 that would be awesome...fingers crossed.

Not picky on either AMD or Intel build, just trying to get best performance on lowest cost. Use would be primarily Graphics/Architectural modeling (Adobe Suite, CAD/Revit, some rendering), some gaming is the reasoning for gaming based GPU.
I have win7 pro, so if upgrading to win8 is not some amazing benefit, I will keep that.

I would go with the AMD build but with one change, if your doing graphic design you would really benefit from a eight core cpu. Rather than the 6300 I would go for the fx 8320, even though its a little bit more.
