Use a program like http://www.poweriso.com/tutorials/make-bootable-cd.htm for creating a bootable Windows DVD .
Or similar for a bootable USB drive,. then copy the files on it.

http://www.astroburn.com/products/abLite.use version 1.8.0.then choose iso for the OS.all XP can not burn any kind of dvd into the dvd-rom but i think it can burn only cd (700 mb)
