New PC setup requires Windows installing?

I have two old hard discs; in one of them windows7 is installed and other one is additional. If I get a new main-board and cpu (processor), then assemble the old hard-discs with those, do I have to re-install window or the existing window will work fine?

You won't necessarily have to reinstall windows. I would recommend it. When booting from the drive with the new hardware you going to have to show patience as it ill take awhile to install the new drivers etc etc. But to answer your question. No you won't have to.
