Radeon xt7870 ... which version?

Hi guys

I have been recommended the following card for my new gaming PC but am having trouble trying to buy in UK

XFX Radeon HD 7870 XT 2GB Video Card

What are the differences between XFX & say the sapphire version. There are loads of different versions available but am confused as to which one I should get??

The company is only trying to clear old stock. The 7870XT is an old card. Buy the 270/270X instead.

NO! The HD7870 XT is pretty much as fast as the HD7950. The 270X does not come close to it...

Anyway. The XFX cards are known to overheat and have problems with Voltage Control.

Sapphire is of MUCH better quality. Hell even powercolor is better.

That powercolor is NOT an HD7870 XT, its just a normal HD7870.

Sapphire is probably the best AMD card manufacturer in general.

The HD7870xt is not an out dated card. It will play great at 1080p.

Well like I said the HD7870 XT is pretty much just as powerful as the HD7950 with 1GB less RAM, so that is a huge jump from the vanilla HD7870.
