In my MSI H77A-G43 BIo's it allows me to mess with the PCIE 3.0 bits? So should i change its bits to what the bits of my graphics card is? Also what does it do when you change it.
Might as well leave it be. PCIE 3.0 has enough bandwidth to accomodate even the most demanding of graphics cards. Even dual GPU cards like a 690 or 7990 won't be bottlenecked by a 16x PCIE 3.0 slot.

So what exactly does it do? I believe its a called a PCI Lattency Timer.
