Knowing that my own 965BE with a 7850 in there pulls 350 watts (from wall) you'd be pushing your supplies pretty hard if you decide to put some video card with similar or more power consumption. Though the Seasonic is rated at being able to output 360 watts on it's 12v lines alone, you'd probably want to stay under 288 watts of usage to keep under about 80% of it's rated capacity to help ensure a nice long trouble free life.

Why not see if you can get a good deal like this: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013 in your area?

If I had to choose just between those two I would take the VS450 since it's rated at 408 watts on the 12v lines instead of the 360 of the Seasonic. Even though it may not be quite as high quality the extra 48 watts of head room make it the better choice.

If your machine actually uses 300 watts, you'd be pushing the seasonic to 83% of it's capacity, but the VS450 to only 73%. Also, the VS450 being a single rail design you don't have to worry about which connectors are on which rails in the case that you get a video card that needs 2 PCI-E connectors since you can just grab a Molex to PCI-E adapter.

It would be great if you can suggest me any graphics card , which good, able to run games released next 4-5 years ,less power consumption, less heat problems...which can run smoothly with my given config and 550 W PSU.
