Pentium Dual Core E2140 in an Asus P5WD2-E Premium mobo

I have an asus P5WD2-E premium motherboard. All i have ever ran in it was P4's. I have an intel pentium dual core e2140 that is just sitting around and thought i would throw a pc together as i was bored. Will this work? I can find no documentation saying that this exact processor will work but online it says made for single/dual core's of 65nm.

I don't think it will work, that is a Pentium 4/ Pentium D board, the next chipset probably supports that CPU.
