At microcenter? Or stores like newegg? I live 2 hours away from a microcenter, which is just a waste of gas money.

I live 1.5hr away from Microcenter and I still go there. I just make a day out of it and do other things as well.

I dont mean to burst your bubble, but thats what the price is, generally speaking, to begin with.

I'm not expecting anything for Black Friday or even Cyber Monday. We would be lucky if we even got a sale on Intel CPUs. Like an above poster mentioned, Intel CPUs are greatly valued.

Ya, as I recall... last year, most of the "good stuff" didn't come on sale.
But the price was indeed lower again today(black Friday).
