PSU help (which one's best for my rig)

This is the model I was originally looking to buy for my
6gb ram
3.2 ghz(overclocked to 3.8ghz) amd phenom IIx6 1090t
Gtx 760 zotac
Windows 7 64 bit.
Is there any better option for relatively same price range on the website given above or is this my best choice?

Aside from the obvious 30 watt difference is there any difference in the amp? and does both of them support 12v?

Both are oversize for your specs and as all modern PSU's they have plenty of power on the +12 volts!
The Corsair has 53amps on the 12 volts but the Seasonic has 48amps.

Hey I've got a side question,Currently I've got http://www.snapdeal.com/product/cooler-master-gxii-550w-smps/1619754091?pos=1;2 installed.I'm going to get the graphic card upgrade,can my future rig handle with that PSU?

Yes that PSU will handle it, the recommended size for a system with single GTX760 is 500watts http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm and that is on the high site since the system will not break 400watts in use.
