Is there any way to share the wifi on my computer to my ipod

Understood. You would need 2 wireless network adapters and to use Internet Connection Sharing to do that then. One wireless connection would be for the connection to the neighbor's router and the other would be your internal network (managed by your laptop).

The thing is my ipod cant reach the wifi only my laptop

I have a usb wifi antenna connected to their signal and i have my integrated wireless card could I use that

Assuming you are using Win 7. Do this:

Click on your Start Button and then select Help and Support. In the search field enter "Internet Connection Sharing" without the quotes. This will provide you the info for how to configure ICS.
