Hi there, im trying to connect a 2nd external monitor to my laptop like so:

ive managed to connect 1 external monitor successfully but the 2nd one is being detected, as per the following screenshot:

here is my notebook: http://www.scorptec.com.au/computer/50400-r750jv-t4121h
As you can see, the graphics card is an 'NVIDIA GeForce GT750M-4GB'
i have a 2 way hdmi spliter and everything is connected correctly, ive double checked.
Is there something I'm missing here?
I was told my graphics card could support 2 external monitors.
any help would be great!
