This is my planned build. I notice this motherboard will crossfire but not SLI. Although I have no plans currently to SLI it might be useful in the future so my question is; Is there a similar priced board with SLI? It must have usb 3 header.
Thanks

When they say " Crossfire compatible " it also means you can SLI. Basically, you need 2 PCIe 16x slots. The second could be in 4x mode or something, but it would still work. I don't recommend you SLU because it consumes a lot of power and you might need a PSU. Get a newer more efficient one. furthermore, not all games support SLI.

SLI will not run on a slot at X4 speed needs minimum X8!

Ok thanks guys, I didn't realise that not all games support it so since I'm on a budget I think I'll stick with the original plan.

Your selected board is good for a single GPU!
