i have an AMD Radeon HD 7700 series video card. my other specs follow.
when i'm watching an internet video or any video (espeically higher than 480px), my cpu goes from a quiet 0-15% to 100% cpu as soon as i hit play. full screen is worse.
i believe i have the specs, so what's wrong?
my system is as follows:
windows 7 ultimate, x64
pentium dual core cpu E5400 @ 2.70GHz, 2 Cores
6GB DDR3 RAM, virtualized to 12GB
800mHz power supply
i have very few programs running. my RAM is mostly free - 2GB used at the moment. i disabled all sound drivers except the one that my motherboard uses (saw that ati has one that can affect things).
i have the latest ati catalyst drivers (as of today 11/26/2013)
