The 550W should run your 770 just fine.

If you plan on SLI in the future, then a 750W would be appropriate, otherwise you are good with what you have.

Although i would definitely upgrade the memory to a 2x4GB CAS9 1866Mhz model instead of the 1333Mhz.

That seems a bit better, around the same price, from newegg, yours is about 20 usd cheaper.
