Definitely. Without a doubt, your CPU is pretty good and the 7970 is brilliant. You may have to tweak the settings a little bit but you will definitely get to Ultra settings. http://www.bf4blog.com/battlefield-4-retail-gpu-cpu-benchmarks/

I'm not used to shadows anyway so that shouldn't be a problem. :)

If you have the settings on HIGH then you will meet 70+ FPS.
