What is the best possible way to cool this processor? (If money wasn't an issue)
I'm talking like, I want this thing to be an ice cube cool.

I want Vanilla Ice to make a song about how cool this thing is, if there was a single syllable word for CPU or processor the song would be called ice ice -insert word here-
I want this processor to be as cold as my ex-girlfriends personality.
Cold like that girl at the bar who won't let you holla after buy her a drink.
Cold as it is outside in the morning when you're thinking about going for a run but pass out on the couch instead.
Cold as -insert metaphor here-

This is the current CPU fan I'm using now and I don't recommend it because it overheats in a matter of minutes even after attempting to re-apply thermal paste. The current wire management in my case is also really bad right now(can't fix that right now though).

But if I want my computer to change from being a space heater to a deep freeze how do I do that?

N2. Liquid nitrogen. Expensive, but nothing will cool it better.

In seriousness, get a liquid cooling loop. If you're not comfortable with a custom loop, then get a closed loop one from Corsair or Kraken or whomever makes them. I personally have an H100i and I love it.

Also, a one syllable word could be "Core".

I use a Cosair H100 for mine. It keeps it down under 60C while gaming, and at full bore, all 12 threads in use, overclocked to 4.5GHz at 1.35V, it hangs at 79-80C with this thing. (I have my alarm for CPU high temp set to 80C, and when doing a full partition backup with Acronis True Image, it taps out all 12 threads, and after about an hour it starts fluctuating between screaming the alarm and going silent again.) That's about the best I can recommend.
