Display went out on my Toshiba P775-57320

It has three black line running across from left to right. It does work if i use a HDMI cable to my TV is the graphics card bad?

If you have complete lines (vertical or horizontal) at random areas of the screen, that is a sign that the lcd panel is bad. Check online for a replacement screen - replacing it is not difficult.
