Decent priced overclocking board for 3570k, no need for SLI

So as the tittle says I am looking for a decently priced motherboard that would be good for overclocking the 3570k. I am new to overclocking and to the Intel CPUs as overall, for cooler I am planning to get the h80i as my current case doesn't support the h100i and I don't really like the idea of a massive air cooler over the CPU.

So the price tag should be at most about the 200 USD / 150 euros.

In case it should matter I currently use a 7970hd GPU so there is absolutely no need for on board GPU.

Awesome thanks, did look into the motherboard and it looks very promising and fits to my budget. I will definitely go with that one, should be able to handle my needs just as you said.
