Title says it all. Integrated graphics on my mobo won't play games. I get an Error thing. This happened on another pc and I fixed it by adding a dedicated card. The problem is, I don't have another good dedicated card. Is there a fix?

Solution
lol. It is what I said it was. An error message. The type where it asks you if you want to send microsoft an error report and says nothing else.

First of all, if you want us to help you, you could start by making a better effort.

An "Error thing" is kind of common with PC, don't you think? Can you be a little more precise and state the exact error message?

Also giving your full system specs would help. I don't even know what motherboard and integrated graphics card you're talking about.

In any case, making sure you have the latest drivers for your integrated card would be a good start.

No.
if you want to play the games then you'll definately need a Dedicated Graphics Card,
because your onboard graphics are not meant to play games.
onboard graphics dont have higher shader version that games requires,
onboard graphics are just for display and to play some old games that don't requires a dedicated graphics card like Counter Strike,Frozen Throne etc.

What game specifically are you trying to play? Did you check the game requirements? Did you make sure your hardware respects the requirements of the game? Maybe the integrated graphics card is simply not powerful enough for the game, even if it's from 2006.

Also, you didn't mention what error message you're getting?

Once again, if you want us to help you, please make a better effort of providing more info.
