I have a G33M02 Foxconn board and i have attached a Galaxy Geforce GTX 640 PCIe graphics to the board i have my graphics working and everything booted up quite nicely with Windows 7. however this motherboard does not cover 1 Gbit speed network connections and I have a PCI 1Gbit TEG-PCITXR. it powers up with all the lights like its working but windows 7 does not see the plug and play device in device manager. I'm wondering if the graphics card is using the bandwidth for the PCI slots or possibly this PCI NIC drivers are just not compatible with windows 7. can anyone shed some light on this.

that was my exact question. i know with my raid card in my other computer it can't be on the same bandwidth as the graphics card because of that conflict but that mobo doesn't have PCI it only runs PCIe so thats why i was asking to see if PCI runs with PCIe and if the other cards can't work with the graphics card in it.

I can't try the other PCI slot since its way to close to the graphics card to fit in there. I would rather run the graphics card then run this NIC card so even if it does run without the graphics card there is no way i would take the graphics card out.

fyi its for a HTPC and it works great but this card won't work. If there is no way to get it to work with win 7 then screw it ill just have to run 100MB connection. it works fine for streaming 1080P videos. but if i can get this card working then it would be better
