Solution
If you could find SEASONIC 500 or above watt that will be better, if not then go with at least Corsair CX500/600 will serve the purpose. But stay away from Cooler Master.

I found this one
500W HEC
If this is your power supply, the best case scenario I can give is that your power supply needs urgent replacing. These people don't even have enough funding to hire someone who knows how to write specifications.
They obviously have used very cheap components.
What does the sticker say on the smps? What are the amp ratings?
You're lucky if it even says 20A on +12v.
The 7850 uses 11A for itself over load. You need to get a GOOD 500W power supply in order to be able to run that card.

BTW, where are you from? The currency that they say L.E.(?) I'm completely stumped as to what it is.
Edit: So it's the Egyptian Pound.

For a system using a single AMD reference design Radeon HD 7850 graphics card AMD specifies a minimum of a 500 Watt or greater system power supply. The power supply should also have a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 27 Amps or greater and have at least one 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector. Some of the non-reference design Radeon HD 7850 graphics cards require at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Do you have a link to or picture of the power supply's label? If the power supply unit was included with the computer case as a package deal then it's usually low quality trash.

Hey Hey, calm down buddy, do they sell power supplies from brands like enermax, corsair, antec, seasonic from where you got your graphics card? Cause that site elhamd seems a real dud to me.

The PSU you're using is a super-cheap China made psu. It sells even here in India for that same price. It's actually a rebranded 250W PSU.

If you're deciding to buy a new one then let us know. We'll help you get a quality one. What's your budget?

ya they sell those brands my budget would be about 400l.e=58$

Since you live in a country where there is no service such as newegg or tigerdirect or flipkart etc, you'll have to tell us what your choices are.
I've seen it several times that what is available on newegg(US) is not available or available at a vastly different price on flipkart(India). So if you use some online shop that can be used as a reference, then it'll be very easy for us to be able to suggest you something good. Avoid that site elhamd. That has nothing.

i dont know if it is still there but is if it's not will the gigabyte or Cooler Master Extreme 2 525W will do ?

How much does your reading come on the psu calculator lite? link
Calculate it without graphics card.(it is the single most component drawing power out of your +12V rail.)
divide by 12. You get amp reading.
add 11 to that. This is the amperage reading you need.
Add 5 to that. That must be atleast the amperage you require on +12v.

For example, my system is 236 W without graphics card. That is 19.66A.
Adding 11, I get 30.66A.
Adding 5 to that as safety overhead, I get 35.66 A.
That means I need 36 A on the 12v rail atleast.
This PSU link is 420 and has 34 A, you'll be cutting it short but should be okay most of the time, since the calculator assumes all components at full load when calculating, and that rarely happens.
Otherwise, go for this one link
