Basically I have 6 towers, three on the inside network and three connected to the outside network. The outside network is connected to the main one by a router acting as a switch. I have time warner cable with Arris modem (30 Mbs down and 5 Mbs up).

It has run fine for a while but this week it started loading pages very slowly. Once on the site it will run normally inside that website (most of the time). ALL computers and BROWSERS are effected.

Have tried:
-speedtest.net shows everything fine
-disconnected all but my main PC and reset modem to factory
-reset everything 6 or so times
-no conflicting IP's
-turned off modem firewall

Really need some help here. I work from home with this network and it is bugging the crap out of me. Thanks

I would clear the browser cache (i.e. delete everything, not a cmd prompt /flushdns, cos that gets reset when you reboot). I'd also disable antivirus software (that's caused many problems where i work). Usually you have to do it through msconfig and stop it starting because a good AV program is locked down once the OS has booted. Try that.

One thing that could help if you haven't -- assign the router (with its DHCP off, which I expect it already is off) a static address and include that static address in the Arris modem static table, insuring that it is in the network but outside the Arris DHCP range.
