radeon HD 5870 VS HD 7750

I have currently a XFX HD587XZNFC Radeon HD 5870 on my computer and I received a free XFX Radeon HD 7750 (FX-775A-ZNP4)

I wondered, which one would be better performance wise?

I thought so too, reading the specs the 5870 looked better on paper, but since the 7750 is more recent, I wondered if I didn't know something about it that would make it better or whatsoever.
