That's just my problem budget fully spend, no more money left
And I bought the cx for my current pc so I can recycle it, that was my plan from the beginning.

Assuming this is a gaming rig . . . Why spend so much on a motherboard, water cooling, and processor, when you could get a 3570k/4570k with a fairly cheap air and have a better performing machine that runs cooler and doesn't eat power like a room heater?

The rig looks pretty good. I can understand why you went with Water Cooling with that processor. A Cooler Master 212 EVO will just about match what you have with the cooling as far as cooling goes and is cheaper. Just some information. You have put together a pretty decent package on a budget.
