I'm am planning to over clock my CPU. I can't seem to figure out why my PC is fairly loud so I decided I need water cooling. What do u guys recommend? I don't want A big liquid cooler and I can't be bothered for a custom one.

what specifically do you have currently? as in your entire cooling set up? your noise could be coming from something other than your cpu cooler. In regards to all in one coolers, most are made made a couple companies and branded differently, with only fans being the difference.
I currently have an h60 in my desktop and the pump is starting to make a lot of noise. I was pretty happy with it, it had ok cooling for an ivy bridge i7 at 4.4 and a noctua 120mm fan on it. but im going to replace it with a good air cooler.

I have the hyper evo 212 and i have the NZXT phantom full tower case fans. I recently bought the case and i think they arent the problem. i just think its something to do with the cooler. It started to get really hot as well. Went up to 70 degress(celsius) without overclock.

i have 3770k at 4.4ghz with h60 2013 edition and it works like a charm
at 1.216v .temps never exceed 55 c on winter and 65 c on summer.(i live in greece).after hours of playing demanding games at 65 c you can hear it but it does less noise from the stock cooler.if you want to go higher on o/c i think you should try something with a bigger radiator.
at 1.3v it gets pretty lound and hot! anyway its a fine product with 5 years guarantee!
