No take a look here:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
It clearly says the minimun power should be 600W or more with a 12v+ rail.
In other words, you should get a 650W PSU. Some good ones are from XFX, Antec, Rosewill, Corsair (anything but the cx series, or so ive heard) and SeaSonic

Especially with an overclock on your CPU, I would be looking at a minimum of 700 watts as you never want your PSU running at 90-100% load 24/7. Like super saaid, Antec, Rosewill, Corsair, Silverstone and SeaSonic all make good PSUs, have no experience with XFX though personally. Also make sure to get atleast an 80+ bronze rated PSU.

Yes that PSU can run your system with a GTX 780 just fine. Although I would recommend the GTX 970 if you are buying new.

Some people like to go on the very safe guidelines, others like my self look at the specific outputs of the PSUs on the 12v rail and look at what is needed for the system

In your case, your PSU can supply 50amps on the 12v rail.

Your GTX 780 will use around 20amps (or 250w), the rest of your system will consume around less than 200w, but being safe we can say around 16amps, this leaves plenty on the table.

In reality you system will probably never peak more than 400w.

Here is full system power draw running a GTX 780, running furmark which draws much more power than any games:
