What Should I Upgrade? My CPU?

So my Rig:
Win7 Ultimate 64Bit
P8H67-M PRO [mATX] [new possible case ATX]
i5-2320 @ 3.0GHz [ Turbo Boost 2.0 ] = 3.3GHz
1TB 7200RPM HDD
GTX 760 Gigabyte
XFX PRO 550W PSU

So what I am thinking of is my CPU really good enough not to bottleneck my GPU in games like BF4? Cause I get FPS lag sometimes...

And if so is it a good idea to buy a i5-3570k [ Can't OC it with my current MOBO] or a Haswell i5-4670k [ Can't OC or even use because LGA1150 ]

My current PC is not going to keep running on maxed settings for long so shoud I do something?

I think I could sell my old MOBO and CPU bundled 110-150€
So i get a 110-150€ to my budget.

There is nothing in your budget that will be significantly faster. Maybe a Xeon 1230/1240v2 at best would fit your budget. Not sure it is worth the cost unless you can get a good price for your current CPU.

Well it has to be atleast 200-250€ because the new CPU costs that much. But is it worth it?

But the thing is I want to play games in High/Ultra at 60fps, that my rig cant do in the newest games [ BF4 ].

I know the CPU doesn't give me a 30fps boost... It gives me few FPS max but reduces bottlenecking for the GPU in the future.

Do what everyone else does. Buy a 3570K and clock the hell out of it. Or a 2500K for your board is still a plenty potent CPU and could possibly be found discounted due to it's age.

Wait your board doesn't OC, scratch the 2500k.
