The Asus Radeon 7790 2gb has benchmarks on Battlefield 3 at 77.4fps at medium settings at 1080p. What I am wondering is if my Cpu will bottleneck the graphics card meaning I am not getting the most out of my card.

Here is the build. Also do you reccomend a good psu for under £40

I was planning on getting the pentium g2020 and hoping It would last me a year until I could afford an i5 but now I really dont know.

An AMD FX-8350 is very good for a lower price then the i5. But then you will probably also need a new motherboard. Corsair psu's are always good :)

That G2020 will slow BF3 down due to only having 2 cores and a relatively low clock speed. Look towards the quad core 3.8Ghz 760K from AMD. Should be around the same price and will not bottleneck BF3 in any major way as the G2020 would.
Nothing wrong with any modern quad core from intel either they are just quite a bit more expensive.

For gaming get a i5 3570k but it doesn't support HT, so for both gaming and video editing go for an i7 like 3770(k) or 4770(k).
AMD FX 8350 is a great 8-core budget cpu that you can use for both gaming and video editing, but it's not as good as i5 3570k in gaming or i7 in video editing.

Using a G2020 you will have GPU bottleneck as your GPU is so powerful but your CPU is so weak. so you need a more powerful CPU to pair it with a HD 7790. If you can afford, follow my suggestions.
You need a better mainboard.
For psu, a 650w Corsair or OCZ would be enough.
