Cpu cooler is coolermaster V6GT.
Game is BF4 with ultra settings.
Im getting these temps with very very maximum of 80degrees.

Yes, your temps look right around where I would expect them @ load with an air cooler. Better even, since you're overclocked.

I will try and check if i will be able to reach a lower voltage with same clock speed.

Am i losing performance with the cache ratio set to 35 ?

Most people seem to think cache ratio isn't very important, that said, i couldn't tell you, I haven't played much with my haswell OC.

According to Real Temp your max is 85 degrees...

On ultra in BF4 I get max temp of 70 degrees according to Real Temp - i5-4670k @ 5Ghz. However I do have a custom loop and I won the silicone lottery :D

5ghz wow. Do you notice difference in gaming between 4.5 and 5ghz?

What cpu cooler you have ?

I've never been at 4.5, however I honestly do not think one would notice any difference unless you have FPS running (perfoverlay.drawfps 1) though I think this would depend on your GPU bottleneck - someone more knowledgeable may be able to better answer...

I have a custom loop:

I should note that I am only able to get that clock speed with a low temp due to my luck with the chip I bought.

You won't notice much of a difference if any from 4.5 to 5 GHz.

I do not have any lucky with my current chip.1.288v for 4.5 ghz :(

Getting to 4.5Ghz is still great, absolutely nothing wrong with that!
