This is my very first build and I just received my case/chassis yesterday. There are a few fans on the case itself, but they have a 4-pin Molex connector. I do not know where I plug the fans into. Is there some plae to plug the molex into the motherboard or is it on the Power supply? Where do I plug the 4-pin molex connecter into?

You use the Molex plugs on your power supply. A molex based fan will not have a PWM cable (unless it is run separately).

You'll probably need an adapter to convert the 4 pin molex to 3 or 4 pin fan connector that will plug into your motherboard or fan controller. I don't recall if this usually comes with your case, motherboard, PSU or fans themselves.
