So I'm ordering parts for my new build today, and the only thing I'm undecided on is my motherboard. I know that I want to overclock both my gpu can cpu in time. I will order it off of newegg today, and I'm can combo a lot of their motherboards with the 4670k, which I'm getting anyway. The most I'm willing to spend on the motherboard is $130. The one I picked out is: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128590&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

Solution
Both are very good MoBos. They should do well in anything. Just get the one which you like more, perhaps you need more SATA, or more USB. Who knows. Hell, even get the one that looks better.

Looks great.
Everything is overclockable. BUT if you want to OC the CPU you will need and aftermarket Heatsink.
The Hyper 212 Evo is great for minor OCs. The NH U14s is more serious though. But you will need different RAM for that. You will need RAM that doesnt have those enoumous heatsinks on them.
Like the Kingstom HyperX RAM. Any Ram without a heatsink is called LP or Low Profile.

I don't plan on OC for a little while, so I figured I'd just buy the hyper 212 then. Other than that does it look good?
Also, any tips for assembly, as it is my first build?
