How good would this do with physx or should I upgrade somethings?

I plan on upgrading to an i5 4670k and gtx 660 and I was wonder how good it would do in Planetside 2 on Ultra everything, especially in big battles of 200+ people and more.

I have a i5-4670k and a gtx 650 ti, fps is at 50 avg with medium settings and AA off so you should have about the same at high settings.
