1. should i add more fans than the four that the case comes with?

im on a budget so 10 bucks is really all i want to spend per fan
3. what should the fan setup be? i read intake from front and bottom and exhaust is top and back
im looking into overclocking to about 4.4
i dont really have anything special this is my first build (im 16)
