NO, your looking at the WRONG END. I was speaking of your DELL COMPUTER CASE (you inferred the maker of your computer is Dell) not the MONITOR. I was saying ON the COMPUTER backside, do you have TWO sets of Video connections, ones that are BUILT in, like the USB, Sound, Mouse/Keyboard and a VIDEO? Or just and only the GTX650 card has video behind it.
IF you computer has ONBOARD video, then plug the cables into that FIRST, access the BIOS then setting for VIDEO and set them to External not Internal video.
If all of this is TOO COMPLICATED or foreign to understand, please do NOT proceed any further, and seek out Professional IT support or a Friend whom 'fixes computers'. Your installation of the card or any further messing with the computer can EASILY fry the video card AND computer components.
