Which 970/SB950 Motherboard should I buy? What are the differences between these M.Boards?

Hello Friends,

I have little budget for upgrade my system.Nearly 200-250$. So I decide the cpu which is AMD 6300 X6.This cpu is working well with 970/950SB motherboards. I learned this from tomshardware.

But there is a lot of 970 motherboard types. Especially Gigabyte and Asus that I interest.

Gigabyte has GA-970-UD3P/DS3P/UDP/D3P ect...

Asus has M5A97 PRO/EVO...

What are the differences between them and which one should I buy? Give me some advice :)...

Thanks for quick answer but still don't understand clearly. Because 35$ difference between Asus(M5A97) and Gigabyte(970A-DS3) in my contry.So I want to know is M5A97 gives bigger performans that much? Because I can get a cpu cooler for 35$.
