First of all, thanks to everyone who answer this topic. Saying also, that english is not my native language, so don't kill me!

So I have an WD caviar green 2TB, with this partition scheme:
-Two operating systems:
-Windows, 200GB
-Ubuntu 12.04 60GB
-3 NTFS partitions of 500Gb each for data.

I don't remember the exactly order, but I use grub for boot managing, of course.
I have buyed the Samsung 840 EVO SSD of 120Gb to make it my boot disk.

So, here it comes the problem. How i "delete" the two operating systems, and make a fresh install of them in the SSD? I don't wanna copy them, I prefer a fresh install. I want my HDD to save movies, documents, games...

I' familiarized with Hiren's Boot and other partition tools, but my problem is how to make it without screw up the partition table...

Solution
First remove the HDD from the system completely, and install just the SSD. Install all the OS's on the SSD, and get it going the way you want. Then plug the HDD back up(to a different sata port). When it boots up it will boot to the SSD, and you can go to disk management and remove all the partitions on the HDD, and repartition it and format it however you want.
