ANNOYING buzzing sound from built in monitor speakers

[strike][/strike]Its not a ground loop prob because when i unplug the green audio cable there is no buzz. and also it stops if you turn monitor speakers al te way down. ALSO there is no buzz when i plug my headphones into the same port
