Is the Radeon R9-280X a powerful GPU to use for Battlefield 3 & 4 if your on a budget for building a gaming PC, and also is this a good build with it?

Case- Corsair Graphite 600T Mid tower computer case White. (Model: CC600TWM-WHT)

PS- Corsair CX750 (750W) NON Modular. (Model: CP-9020015-NA)

RAM- G.Skill Ripsaws Z series 8GB (4 x 2GB) DDR 1600. (Model: F312800CL9Q-8GBZL)

HDD- Seagate Barracuda 500GB (Model: ST500DM002)

OS- Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

Motherboard- GIGABYTE GA-97A-UD3 (Socket AM3+)

CPU- FX-6300

GPU- GV-R928XOC-3GB (Radeon R9-280X) GIGABYTE

Is this a good gaming rig? Feel free to comment.
Thanks.

That's a fine gaming rig except I'd get the corsair tx 750 instead of the fx series. Better quality powersupply the rest looks great
