I have a ASUS Gaming computer and I am looking to upgrade my graphics card and power supply that is compatible for my system

If your power supply is running the 560Ti, it isn't likely you need to upgrade. The 560Ti is a good card and I have that one in my other desktop and seee no reason to upgrade it. It playes anything I throw at it and does it well. If you do decide to upgrade, in all likelyhood it will be bottlenecked by the processor and you will gain nothing or very little making it not worth the cost.

always when you ask these question you gotta give up your budget for each component

If it is an entirely new build, I will ask what they are going to use it for and what their budget is for the build.
