Hi.
So I have 8gb ram and a Corsair CMPSU-650TXV2 Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 Power Supply - 650 Watts, ATX, 140mm Fan, 80 Plus Bronze, SLI Ready, PSU
A MSI Z77A-GD65 GAMING LGA1155/ Intel Z77/ DDR3/ CrossFireX&SLI/ A&GbE/ ATX Motherboard.
I want to know what gtx card and intel cpu pair will run next gen games on high-ultra settings at 60+fps without spending to much money? Also, will I have to get a better psu?
THANKS!

i5-3570k + GTX 770 will do what you're asking for at 1080p. Will run you probably about $600 for both CPU+GPU.

If you are willing to switch over to AMD then you can get the R9 280X instead of the 770 and save $100.

Your PSU is fine. It should handle any single-GPU configuration with plenty of headroom.
