My system specs as follows:

CPU - i5 23-20 @ 3.0Ghz (3.3Ghz Boost)
GPU - Gigabyte 560Ti OC 1Gb (Factory Overclocked)
RAM - Standard 8Gb 1333Mhz DDR3 (2x 4Gb sticks)
MB - EVGA SLI ATX Z68
PSU - Corsair 750w
Case - Cooler Master Storm scout 2
CPU Cooler - Akasa Venom Voodoo

I have just bought an MSI Twin Frozr 770 Lighning;

My question is, have i bought a card that will be bottlenecked by my CPU? Im worried ive made a big mistake in buying this card :(

P.s would anyone what settings can i expect to play battlefield 4 on with the new card?

It might give you some trouble but not much. As for BF4 you could get fairly high setting on it. but what would I know as I hate the game

No, you will not bottleneck at all. No issues. BF4 will easily run at max settings.

Thank you for the quick response, so even though my motherboard says PCIe 2.0 and the specs of the card say 3.0, they will be fine together? sorry, im just worried ive bought an expensive GPU that wont fit in my motherboard lols

Even the fastest of GPUs cannot populate the bandwidth of PCIe 3.0 slots. The physical dimensions are the same as a PCIe 2.0 slot so you have nothing to worry about.
