Your parts are all good, so I am going to give you a Tom's link for some things to go over. There are other links from here too. Much doesn't apply since it is already working, but perhaps there is something about your install that you overlooked. In general it sounds like drivers or perhaps improperly applied thermal paste to the CPU? You might want to try Re-installing the AMD graphics driver too, assuming you did install it! ( make sure you uninstall it first ) You might want to un-seat and then re-seat the GPU. Is the MB perfectly aligned with the input panel. Sometimes the stand-offs under the MB are the wrong size and the GPU is not properly seated. Double check ( un-seat / re-seat ) the RAM...

I have done all of that .... I have run a stress test on the CPU for 24 hrs without it getting over 49 degrees I do have it in the right pice according to the motherboard manual ..... I was extremely meticulous about this build as it was my first and to me that was quite a bit of money not to be .... I guess my next step is to try the gpu in a diff slot and see what happens from there and as I was looking at the gpu-z screen it was changing from pciex16 2.0 to pciex16 1.1 back and forth
