Hi having looked at both power PSU's i would say the Extreme 2 525W out of the 2 would just about do it.

i would recommend a good single rail PSU with a minimum of 30 amps on the 12v rail as the min requirements for the 7850 are 21 amps on a 500w psu; the amperage is more important than the wattage.

not enough amps on the 12v rail pop goes the PSU .

power cool x viper 550w has 42 amps more than enough for your build and is only £36.99 from www.falconcomputers.com

is there is any way a connector or something to make one of those psu single rail ? i mean combine the 2 rails to give 40amps ?
