If you want it to be quiet, the Noctua NH-D14 SE2011 is going to be perfect. Comes with better fans than literally any other cooler out there and it outperforms any single rad AIO watercooler.

Solution
ETS-T40-TB would be fine; if memory serves you will only have to bump up the fan a notch.

Then the Thermalright True Spirit 120M.

After than, the Phanteks PH-TC12DX. (These last two don't interfere with RAM at all.)

Beyond that is a bit overkill for costs, for not overclocking.

I've heard good things about Noctua (I know LinusTechTips loves them) I'm just concerned about the clearance between it and the RAM... I don't know if there is a way to determine if it will fit or not, but otherwise it looks good!
