Solution
The 3570K OCs very well so may want to look at a Hyper 212 EVO, for a cooler, have one on my 3570K and runs nice and cool at 4.7 (and that's 24/7)

Now that I'm back to it, knew something looked off - either you'll want the 'Z77' Rock Extreme 4 with a 3570K or if really wanting the 'Z87' then you'll be wanting the 4670K CPU - you list Z87 and 3570K which won't run together the 3570 is 3rd gen and runs on the 1155 socket Z77 mobos, while the Z87 mobos are 1150 socket for 4th Gen Haswell CPUs
