Well to be honest nobody knows what games will require in 5 years time. For now, 2GB is more than enough to run every game @1080p . I would definitely go for that one if I were you..

Splendid
I would go for option number 1, the GTX 770 EVGA ASX 4GB
The cooler on it is really good , runs very cool and quiet and gets great reviews, the 4GB model will also be more future proof for the more demanding games or if you decide to go multi monitor or a higher resolution.

Well first of all, you should consider what games do you play. A 770 will be an excellent choice since it can beautifully run almost every game at ultra settings. The next thing to consider, is your resolution. If you are gaming at 1080p and you use a single monitor setup, then there is no point of going for a card that provides you with more than 3GB or maybe 2GB of VRAM. Big values of VRAM, like 4GB, are mainly necessary for multimonitor setups. Finally, I see you are more towards EVGA (I concur), and they have launched their new dual fans or ACX Cooling on the 7xx series. So if you are buying an EVGA gpu then go for their new dual fan cooler technology.

With all the above considerations, my final recommendation will be this...

Hope this helps!
